About Theotis
Roy T. Smith formed The Theotis Group and Business Development Inc. in October of 2001 to leverage his expertise and relationships in the automotive industry.
When he started Theotis, Roy set the following objectives:
- To develop a business model that adds value for our customers’ through measured performance and by providing service and support that exceed quality and cost objectives.
- To become a successful supplier with American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM)
- To actively educate a small group of minority clients in their efforts to develop and grow their businesses through effectively managing their resources and exceeding the tough manufacturing requirements of their customer base.
